6.3 Removing the Motor with
Coupling

DANGER!
Danger to life upon contact with live
parts! Switch off power! Check that
the unit is de-energized! Provide inter-
locks to ensure that power supply
cannot be switched on accidentally or
by unauthorized persons! Ground and
short-circuit the unit. Cover or fence
off live parts of the plant!
•
Loosen the fastening screws (1) on
the motor side of the coupling.
If necessary, release the motor brake
and move the thrust rod (2) so that the
drive journal turns.
•
Unscrew and remove the motor from
the motor mount (3).

avec des pièces sous tension ! Couper
l'alimentation électrique avant toute
intervention ! Vérifier que l'appareil est
bien hors tension ! Empêcher toute
remise sous tension inopinée ou non
autorisée ! Mettre à la terre ! Recouvrir
les éléments conducteurs ou les isoler
par une barrière !
•
Desserrer les vis de fixation (1) de
l'accouplement du côté moteur.
Le cas échéant, desserrer le frein du
moteur et déplacer la tige (2) pour
que l'arbre moteur puisse tourner.
•
Désolidariser le moteur de la lanterne
et le retirer (3).

PERICOLO!
Pericolo di morte in caso di contatto
con le parti sotto tensione! Staccare la
corrente prima di qualsiasi intervento!
Verificare che non ci sia più aliment-
azione di corrente! Assicurarsi che
non si possa riattaccare la corrente
inavvertitamente o tramite persone
non autorizzate! Collegare a terra e
cortocircuitare! Coprire o proteggere
i componenti dell'impianto che si tro-
vano sotto tensione!
•
Allentare le viti di fissaggio (1) che si
trovano nel giunto sul lato rivolto verso
il motore.
Se necessario, allentare il freno del
motore e spostare la bussola (2) af-
finché il codolo di azionamento possa
girare.
•
Svitare il motore dalla flangia e rimuo-
verlo (3).
