4 Set up the host controller

Right-click and select "Properties" in the context menu.

Select "Configure..." and go to the "Driver" tab.

Select "Update Driver".
5.
Search manually for the driver in the following location: C:\TwinCAT\3.1\Driver.
6.
Select "Next" to install the driver.
7.
After successful installation, select "Close" to finish the installation.
8.
To activate the EtherCAT driver, go to C:\TwinCAT\3.1\System and execute
TcRteInstall.exe.
