PROGRAMMING THE UNIT

Before starting the programming procedure disconnect the welding cables from all the unit's welding sockets.
Failure to comply with this instruction can result in serious damage to the programming controller.
1. Set the welding power source ON/OFF switch to "O" to switch the unit off.
2. Use the RS232-RS232 communication cable to connect the USB/RS232 adapter to the unit's RS232 serial port.
If the unit is not equipped with an external RS232 connector for software updates the connection can be made directly to the internal circuit

Depending on the type of unit make a connection between the PC and programming connector as described below.
