INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions for assembling the fireplace refractory
The SCREEN fireplace is fully covered in an ECOKERAM casting.
To prevent problems during transport, the fireplace has not been fully
assembled and it is therefore necessary to complete assembly before
SCREEN installation.
SCREEN is delivered with two refractory sides (fig. 1-2) assembled on the
fireplace. A polystyrene panel ensures that these do not move during
transport.
The two halves of the fire bed (fig.4-5) and the base (fig.3) are present
inside the fireplace.
Remove all these components from inside the fireplace and
remove all protective packaging.
Remove the polystyrene holding the two sides (fig.1-2) and the two prima-
ry combustion air intake front metal deflectors (fig.6) in place.
Proceed with assembling the base (fig.7), inserting it behind the metal
"ears" of the post-combustion duct (A) and then resting it on the fireplace
base (B).
Insert the two fire beds (fig.4-5)
Replace the two front metal deflectors (fig.6)
Check that all components have been positioned properly (fig.8).
