Possible cause
Item 61134
Solutions
Check for loose connections and make sure that
air supply is providing enough air flow at required
pressure to the tool air inlet. Do not exceed
maximum air pressure.
Clean around trigger to ensure free movement.
Lubricate using air tool oil according to prior in-
structions.
Clean air inlet screen of build-up.
Make sure housing is properly assembled and
tight.
Let a qualified technician clean and lubricate the
mechanism. Install in-line filter in air supply as
stated in "Setup Air Supply."
Check for incorrect alignment and uneven gaps.
If cross-threaded, disassemble and replace
damaged parts before using the tool.
Tighten the housing assembly. If housing cannot
be tightened properly, internal party might be
misaligned. A technician needs to disassemble
the tool, align parts and reassemble.
Replace damaged components.
Clean or replace valve assembly.
Lubricate using air tool oil according to prior in-
structions.
Let a qualified technician inspect the internal
mechanism and replace parts as needed.
