Depress the <F2> key to configure the host name and server information on your K1.

Field Description
NAME This field allows you to configure a new host name for the K1. The default MegaRAC K1's
name consists of the words AI and the MAC address of the MegaRAC K1's NIC.
SERV This field allows you to enter a name for the host system such as the host system's host
name.
OS This field allows you to enter the operating system information of the host system such as
WIN2003, RH8, and so on.
DESC This field allows you to enter a short description for the host system such as, location,
function, and so on.
To save the configured general information to your K1, depress the <F3> key.

The Network section allows you to view and configure the IP address, Broadcast address,
Subnet, and Gateway information of your K1.
Field Description
IP This field displays the K1's IP address.
BCAST This field displays the K1's broadcast address.
MASK This field displays your network's subnet.
GWAY This field displays your network's gateway IP address or host name.
