Start CD-ROM Drive Redirection

Note: You must be logged in as an administrator on the windows client to perform CD-ROM
drive redirection.
Note:
For information on how to create a bootable CD, visit nero.com or roxio.com. You can
do a search on how to create a bootable CD using their products. You can also consult
your CD writer's documentation.
Follow the steps in the table below to begin the CD-ROM Drive Redirection:
Step Description
1 There are three ways to start the CD-ROM Drive Redirection.
One way is to use the Console Redirection toolbar.
The second way is to use the CDROM Redirection dropdown menu.
A third way is to use the <ALT> + <E> keystroke to toggle between Start CDROM Redirection and Stop
CDROM Redirection.
