Description
The SConsole is text-based. Because of this, the navigation is keystroke
driven. '0' will always take you back to the last menu that you were on.
On the User Information Menu, '1' displays all the users.
On the User Information Menu, '2' allows you to add a user.
On the User Information Menu, '3' allows you to remove a user.
