Control Panel : iSCSI Portal Settings Page

The iSCSI.-Portal Settings page allows you to Enable iSCSI Service and the Portal(s), as
well as configure the portal tags. This page displays the Target. Base Name, the Port,
Address, Portal Tag and Status.
Field/Item

Enable iSCSI. box
Check/uncheck this box to enable or disable the iSCSI. service.
Target. Name field
This field displays the Target. name. An iSCSI. Target is any device that responds to and
communicates with the iSCSI initiator, using the TCP./IP protocol and the iSCSI protocol.
An iqn name uses the following format:

This is a list of the system's ports with their accompanying Port, Target. IP Address,

Portal Tag and Status information. You can click on a port to enable or disable it. You can
also modify the Portal Tag value (you must disable the portal before changing its tag).

Maximum
This field allows you to configure the maximum number of connections per session. This

Error Recovery Level
This field allows you to configure the iSCSI. error correction level. The error correction

level can have a value of 0 or 1. The default value is 1.
First Burst Length
This field allows you to adjust the First burst length in Kilobytes. The default value is 256

KB.
Maximum Burst
This field allows you to adjust the Maximum burst length in Kilobytes. The default value

is 256 KB.
Maximum Received
This field allows you to adjust the Maximum received burst length in Kilobytes. The

default value is 256 KB.
Maximum
This field allows you to adjust the Maximum Outstanding R2T value in seconds. This field

can have a value of 1 through 65535. The default value is 0 seconds.
Default T2W
This field allows you to adjust the default T2W value in seconds. This field can have a
value of 0 through 3600. The default value is 2 seconds.
Default T2R
This field allows you to adjust the default T2R value in seconds. This field can have a
value of 0 through 3600. The default value is 20 seconds.
Data Sequence In-
This field allows you to set the Data Sequence in-order option. The default value for this

Data PDU In-order
This field allows you to set the Data PDU in-order option. The default value for this field

Immediate Data field
This field allows you to set the immediate data value option. The default value for this
field is Yes.
Initial R2T field
This field allows you to set the initial R2T value option. The default value for this field is

Use this button to save changes and make the changes active.
