Assembling the Kit

The assembly of the TAK is described in the following chapter for part
number 3039235. This contains the part number 3042278.

Suction and return tube

Please note the following basic principles for the positioning of the lines in the
tank:
It is imperative that the end of the return tube be positioned below the oil
level.
Observe a maximum distance between the suction and return flow points in
order to ensure filtration of the entire tank content.
Position the suction point as low as possible, although not directly on the tank
bottom, because otherwise sediment could be suctioned up as well.
1. Slide the return tube into the
adapter.
Fasten it in place with the
setscrew. Use a size 2.5 Allen
key for this purpose.
You can additionally glue it into
the adapter.
