10.7 Removing/Installing the Seat Positioning Strap
Removing
1. Remove seat cushion from wheelchair, if necessary.
2. Remove the mounting screws (A) and locknuts (B) that secures the
seat positioning straps (C) to the wheelchair frame (D).
3. Remove the existing seat positioning straps from the wheelchair.
Installing
1. Engage the two halves of the seat positioning strap.
2. Align the mounting holes on the wheelchair frame and the ends of
the seat positioning strap.
3. Secure the seat positioning strap to the wheelchair frame with two
mounting screws and washers. Tighten securely.
4. Reinstall seat cushion onto wheelchair, if necessary.
10.8 Installing/Removing the Spreader Bar

To remove spreader bar, reverse this procedure
1. Remove the end caps from the back canes.
2. Remove the handles (A) from the back canes (B).
3. Install the inserts (C) into the back canes.
4. Secure the inserts with mounting screws (D).
5. Install the handles on the back canes.
6. Align the spreader bar (E) ends with the handles of the back canes.
7. Secure the spreader bar to the back canes with the mounting bolts
(F).
