Square Root (Sqrt1 and Sqrt2)
Sqrt1
The following screen appears when you select the square root function (Sqrt1).
Note
When you set Sign to +, the square root of "S1*S1 + S2*S2" is calculated.
When you set Sign to –, the square root of "S1*S1 – S2*S2" is calculated.
Sqrt2
The following screen appears when you select the square root function (Sqrt2).
Frequency (Frequency)
The following screen appears when you select the frequency function.
Period (Period)
The following screen appears when you select the period function.

Select the math source waveform.
Select the sign (+, –).
Select Sqrt2.
Select the math source waveform.
Select Frequency.
Select the math source waveform.
Set the edge detection condition (
Set the level.
Set the hysteresis (
Select the scale (Hz, Rpm).
Set the number of pulses per rotation
(when scale is set to Rpm).
Set the deceleration prediction (OFF, ON).
Set the stop prediction (OFF, 2, 4, 8, 16).
Select Period.
Select the math source waveform.
Set the edge detection condition (
Set the level.
