Programs the duty cycle OFF time for CYC1-CYC4, which are event types (see Events).
The off cycle is programmable from 1 second to 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
The control will not allow an OFF cycle of 0:00.00. A duty cycle event will always start with
the OFF cycle.
Programs the duty cycle on time for CYC1-CYC4. The ON cycle is programmable from 1
second to 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds. The control will not allow an ON cycle of
0:00.00.
