For a short period

Only take the Bello Zon
®
CDLb system out
of service for short periods:

Over longer periods

WARNING!
Toxic ClO2 gas can escape
Never pour the contents of the chemical drums together.
Never place both suction lances together or one after the
other in the same bucket.

Corrosive liquids may escape
Do not inadvertently interchanges the different valves
[Start/Stop] key.

The power supply to the system control must not be interrupted during this
period.

Therefore the Bello Zon
®
system must be rinsed through with water if it is
to be taken out service for a certain period:
Application
Potable water
Water with foodstuff contact
Process water
Washing water
Cooling water
Backwash water
1.
Flush the system with water - see "Operation" "Flushing the
system".
2.
Detoxify the ClO
solution from the external storage module using

detoxification agent and pour into the discharge gutter with lots of
water. Flush out the external pre-storage module.
3.
Rinse the external pre-storage module with plenty of water.
