Status LEDs
The 3C339 NIC backplate has two light-emitting diodes
(LEDs) that facilitate troubleshooting and maintenance.
Table 4-1 describes the LEDs.

NIC is inserted into the ring.
NIC is not inserted into the ring.
Data is being transmitted by the NIC.
No data is being transmitted by the NIC.
