Connection fail with new IP address
User cannot control the projector after setting up the new IP address manually.
Resolution
•
Make sure RJ45 cable is connected correctly and securely to the projector and the network
device.
•
Make sure the IP address of projector and the controlling device are set to the same region with
different IP addresses.
•
Connect the projector directly to the computer. If it is successfully connected, check the
network environment.
•
Make sure every device has a unique IP address.
•
Contact your network engineer if the steps above cannot resolve the network issue.
