Business Day Totals Report

The BUSInESS DAY ToTALS REPoRT screen prints coin data for a specific business day/
time period. The business day can be set up for a customer-defined interval. For example,
the "business day" can be set for Monday 8 am to Friday 5 pm if the machine is used
continuously all week. It can be set to clear automatically at a specific time, every 24
hours, or can be manually cleared at any time.
1. PRInT DAY REPoRT
includes Business Date
Reported, Total Amt.
Processed, Total Units,
Transaction Count, Value of
Coin Accepted, and values
by denomination for the
selected day.
2. PRInT DETAILED DAY
REPoRT prints the Start
date and time and End
date and time for selected
day. Totals by denomina-
tion, unit and value.
Statistics Section of report
includes bag details and
other information, as shown
in the example on page 32.
3. PRInT DAY TRAnSACTIonS prints all transactions by transaction number for the
selected day; may be used for end of day balance. Report includes Date being reported
on, Time, Transaction number and Value totals for each transaction.
a. Select a day (column highlighted in yellow).
b. Select PRINT DAY TRANSACTIONS.
4. PRInT ALL DAYS (without
entering a date range) is a
summary that includes the
Date, Value, and Unit Total
for all coins collected, for
all days. Be advised - the
report generated may be
very long.
5. Print a summary report for
a specific date range:
a. Enter desired START
DATE.
b. Enter desired EnD DATE.
c. Select UPDATE.
d. Select PRINT ALL DAYS.
