Processing rejected coin

Process Rejects allows operators to reset the reject count to zero and re-run rejected
coins. False rejects are accepted and added to the batch total. The true number of
rejected coins is then reflected on the report at the end of the batch.
If at least 1 coin in the batch is rejected, and Process Rejects is enabled in setup, the
Process Rejects button appears when End Batch is pressed.
COnfIRM PROCESS REJECTS dialog appears if Confirm Process Rejects is
enabled in setup and the batch is ended without selecting Process Rejects.
To process rejected coin:
1. Select Process Rejects. ConFIRM PRoCESS REJECTS dialog appears.
To disable the COnfIRM PROCESS REJECTS dialog, select checkbox: do not
show this again.
2. Do one of the following:
• Select Yes to reset rejected coin count to zero and reprocess the rejected coin as
many times as needed. Proceed to step 3.
• Select No to continue without reprocessing the rejected coin. Proceed to step 5.
3. Remove coin from the reject cup and reprocess it.
4. Repeat step 3 as required to reduce the number of rejected coins.
5. Select End Batch when finished.

example, 20 coins are initially rejected. After reprocessing, 10 of the 20 coins
are rejected. The 10 remaining coins are reprocessed, leaving 5. The batch
report shows the final count of 5 rejected coins.
