5.11 Set Pre-Record

You can set the time to record before the recording start time.
Steps
1. Tap Settings → System → Pre-record .
2. Select the pre-record duration.
Note
If you have disabled pre-record before, and then enable pre-record, you need to reboot the
device to take the new settings into effect.

5.12 Set Post-Record

You can set the time to record after the recording end time.
Steps
1. Tap Settings → System → Post-record .
2. Select the post-record duration.

5.13 Set Overwritten Record

You can enable overwritten record to keep recording when the available memory is insufficient,
and the former recorded videos will be overwritten.
Steps
Caution
• If you enable overwritten record, back up the important data in time, or they will be overwritten.
• If you disable overwritten record, enable auto alarm. When the device alarms that the storage is
full, format storage media or remove some files.
1. Tap Settings → System → Overwritten Record .
2. Select Enable.
Note
The tagged videos will not be overwritten.
