8.7 Other Settings
8.7.1 Synchronize Time
You can synchronize time when the device time is not accurate.
Steps
1. Click Device Configuration → Time Settings .
2. Select synchronization mode.
- Select Auto Time Synchrony, and click Save.
- Select Manual Time Synchrony, and set Date Time and Time Zone.
Note
You need to disable Auto Date & Time of the device in Settings → Device → Date and Time .
3. Click Save.
8.7.2 Edit Login Password
You are recommended to change the device password regularly to guarantee data security.
Steps
1. Click Device Configuration → Security Settings .
2. Enter Current Password and New Password.
3. Click Save.
Note
The device password only supports numbers.
8.7.3 Restore Factory Settings
When there are exceptions of the device due to parameters error, you can restore the device to
factory settings.
Steps
1. Click Device Configuration → System Settings .
2. Click Factory Default.
3. Enter device password in the popup window, and click OK.
