8.4.1 Ignition issues

Issue
Noisy spark when igniting
Boiler rumbles when

8.4.1 Ignition issues
Fix
Reconnect ignition lead.
Ensure probe is dry by re-running
post-purge; otherwise, clean or
replace igniter probe.
Check CO
level via analyzer.

Check air reference tubing.
Reconnect probe.
Check ignition output from control
module.
Check line voltage.
Check transformer. Reconnect or
replace as needed.
