Attach the header brackets to the rack legs using 3/8”-16 x 2-½” cap screws & 3/8”-16 nuts. Insert the bolts thru the top two holes as shown. The brackets must be attached to the correct side of the leg, as shown, to allow clearance for the header pipe flange. 120-581 Page 5 of 11...

Install the U-bolt boots onto the headers. Place the header on the header brackets, lining up the face of the header flange with the center of the leg. Screw on the U-bolt nuts until snug (finger tight). Do not Install the bottom U-clamps. tighten completely until after all the boiler and external system connections have been completed.
