2.6 Removing and installing right backrest
cover and padding
Note
The following description is an example but it applies to all equip‐
ment versions.
2.6.1 Removing
– Remove centre armrest
Saloon
– Remove bench seat
Estate
– Fold bench seat forwards.
All vehicles
– Remove right backrest segment
– Press buttons of head restraint guides and pull both head re‐
straints out of backrest.
Note
The cover and padding are only partly shown in the illustration.
– On both sides of cover -1-, press retainer inwards -arrow A-
using a screwdriver and pull cover upwards out of backrest.
Saloon and Estate
– On both sides of belt guide -2-, press retainer inwards
-arrow B- using a screwdriver and pull belt guide upwards out
of backrest.
