Note
When blade tip is vertical, screwdriver should be inserted approx. 1 cm.
– Swivel screwdriver to right and release right side of clip from
body.
– Slide removal wedge - 3409- between clip and body and there‐
by prevent right side of clip from engaging in body again.
– Place screwdriver in left aperture -1- of clip.
– Swivel screwdriver to left and release clip from body.
– Unclip remaining clips -arrows- starting at A-pillar.
– Remove the two bolts -6- (4.5 Nm).
– Detach curtain airbag -5- from mountings in body.
4.15.2 Installing
– Install in reverse order of removal.
– Switch ignition on.
