Check the trigger type. Use edge trigger for ordinary signals. A stable waveform is
achieved only when the correct trigger mode is selected.
Try changing the coupling display to HF suppression or LF suppression to filter any
noise interfering with the signal.
No display after pressing RUN/STOP: check the trigger mode is set to normal or
single or whether the level exceeds the waveform range. Move the level to the
centre or set trigger mode to AUTO. Press AUTO to complete the setup.
If the display speed is slower after average sampling time is enabled - this is normal
if average sampling is carried out more than 32 times. You can reduce the intervals
of average sampling.
Waveform display in ladder shape - this is normal. The reason may be the
horizontal time base range is too low. If the display type is vector, the connection
between sampling dots may produce a ladder waveform. Set the display type to dot
to solve this issue.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The USB upgrade program makes upgrades easier and more flexible. To use this
function follow the steps below:
1.
Check the model name, software and hardware versions of your oscilloscope.
2.
Download the highest version of the update program document that matches
your model, software and hardware versions online, and store it on the USB device
(preferably a USB device recommended by us).
3.
Power off the oscilloscope then insert the USB device. Then power on the
oscilloscope again.
The prompt Please press [F5] to continue or [F1] to cancel is displayed.
After pressing [F5], the screen will prompt you to select the update program, as
shown in the following figure. You can now select the required update program with
the multifunction control then press [F5] to move to the next step (If there is only
one program on the USB device, the system will move straight to the next step).
When [F5] is pressed the prompt will appear: "Are you sure you wish to update?
If yes, press [F5], otherwise press [F1] to cancel the upgrade"
When the process is complete an on screen prompt informs you to remove the USB
device and reboot the oscilloscope. If the USB is not removed the upgrade process
will repeat again.
