Setting up Alternative Functions
•
The UTILITY button on the control
panel is the function key for
alternative functions.
•
Use the multipurpose control to choose and select settings.

Note: The Cymometer counts the frequency of trigger events of the trigger channel. It
works on edge or pulse trigger but not alternate trigger. The Cymometer is also disabled
for video trigger.

Stop recording
Playback button - the system plays back and displays the
number of screens to be played. Use the multipurpose
control to select the waveform to be displayed.
Record button - press this then the MENU ON/OFF to
record. The number of screens is displayed. Max 100
screens of data can be recorded. Data is lost when the unit
is powered off.
Setup
Turn on the time display. Time display is disabled when the
ON/OFF
frequency counter is in us
Press [F2] to select minute or hour, then adjust with the
multipurpose control
Press [F3] to select day or month, then adjust with the
multipurpose control
Press [F4] to select year then adjust with multipurpose control
Confirm setting and return to utility menu
