Caution: Please select a suitable current/voltage converter module that fits the
measurement range, and select an appropriate range. If you are not certain about the
current being tested, make an estimation, use the which has the largest range, then
select a suitable module range to suit the data.
The current-voltage converter module of the multimeter cannot be used to measure
AC current.
When measuring high current with the module, to ensure precision, carry out test
measurement every 15 minutes apart. Do not leave connected for more than 15
seconds each time.
Help System
The oscilloscope has a Help system with topics that cover all the features of the
oscilloscope. The oscilloscope displays information about the last menu displayed
on the screen. Press HELP to enter and exit the help information screens.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Adjustment at Ultimate Limit : This informs you that the multifunction control knob
has reached its adjustment limit in the current status. No further adjust is possible.
When the vertical gratitude factor switch, timebase switch, horizontal shift, vertical
shift and trigger level adjustment have reached their ultimate limits, this prompt will
appear.
USB Device Installed : After a USB device is plugged into the oscilloscope, this
prompt appears when the connection is valid.
USB Device Unplugged : After a USB key is unplugged from the oscilloscope, this
prompt appears.
Saving : When the oscilloscope is saving a waveform, this prompt is shown on the
screen. A progress bar appears at the bottom of the screen.
Waiting : This prompt appears on the screen during auto calibration. A progress bar
appears at the bottom.
I/O Failure : When USB communication fails or no document meeting specific
requirements is found on the USB device, this prompt appears.
Function Disabled : When [MATH] key is pressed in the dual time base mode, this
prompt appears.
If the screen of your oscilloscope remains black without any display after powering
on, follow the steps below to find the cause:
1.
Check the power cable connection and check if there is normal power supply.
2.
Check if the power switch is properly pressed.
3.
Restart the unit after performing the above checks
If no waveform is displayed after you have acquired a signal, follow the steps below
to find the cause:
Check whether the probe is properly connected to the signal lead.
Check whether the signal lead is properly connected to the channel terminal.
Check the probe is connected to the object to be measured and that the object is
generating signals.
Restart the acquisition process.
If the measurement voltage amplitude value is 10 times larger or smaller than
the actual value, check that the attenuation factor corresponds with the probe
attenuation you have set.
There is waveform but it is not stable: Check the trigger source setup and check it
is the same as the signal input channel.
