D14 P2PSE UTOPIA mode (APIM=1 in MDDGEN):
1: Detects that port2 is selected although the corresponding RXCLAV is low (not
active).
0: Does not detect.
POS-PHY mode (APIM=0 in MDDGEN):
This field is no function and always 0. uPD98413 does not indicate this error.
