KIT COMPONENTS

One (1) Chrome Billet Bezel
One (1) Smoked Acrylic Lens
* Peel off protective covering from both sides of each lens
Four (4) studs
Four (4) washers
Four (4) nylon spacers
Eight (8) nuts
Two (2) aluminum "U" mounting brackets
Note: This bezel kit does not work on early 5-gauge panels with square ends.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Using a 5 panel circuit board or internal step on the backside of the bezel as a pattern, care-
fully cut the same sized opening into the dash.
Note: The hole should be smaller than the outside diameter of the Billet ring.
2. Remove the protective paper from the smoked lens and place into the recess in the bezel.
Make sure the lens lines up with the program buttons on the gauge panel.
3. Screw the studs into the bezel.
4. Place the bezel into the hole in the dash.
5. From the back side of the dash, place the panel over the studs resting on the nylon spacers.
6. Install the nuts and place the "U" brackets over the studs. The ends of the brackets may need
to be shortened, depending on the thickness of the dashboard.
7. Install the washers and nuts and tighten. We recommend using Loctite on the threads.
8. If using with the Intellitronix DP 10001 5-gauge dash panel, follow the wiring instructions
provided with the panel.
