Drag the region to move to an appropriate position.

Right-click the region, and select [Subregion Operation]  [Add] in the shortcut menu.
The region for 'subtract' is changed to 'add'.

Right-click any space in the screen, and select [Add Subregion]  [Circle] in the shortcut menu.
To exclude the hole included in the region, add a sub-region to the circle.
13.
Move the sub-region, and adjust its size to match the hole.
