Inspection before disassembly

Camshaft end play
If the measured value is higher than the limit, replace the faulty parts.

Remove camshaft assembly 2 by undoing bolts 1 through the holes in
camshaft gear 5.
CAUTION–
Be careful not to damage the camshaft bushings when you
remove camshaft assembly 2.
