DISASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE

1. Always unplug the appliance before disassembling.
2. Carefully remove the juice jug to ensure not to spill the content. Take out the
pusher.
3. Pull the lower end of the locking arms out and fold the locking arms downward.
Then remove the transparent cover.
4. Grasp the filter basket at opposite sides on the upper brim and pull it upwards.
You will notice some resistance when doing so.
5. Lift the pulp container upwards to remove it from the motor base.

CLEANING THE MOTOR BASE

CAUTION: Do not clean the motor base or power cord in an automatic dishwasher.
To not drip or spill any liquids on or in the motor base.
6. Wipe the motor base and power cord with a slightly damp cloth. Then wipe dry.
Thereafter, leave the motor base and power cord dry naturally for approx. 30
minutes, where they are out of reach of young children .

CLEANING THE REMOVABLE PARTS OF THE APPLIANCE

WARNING: Pay special attention when cleaning the filter basket as the blades
at the bottom of the filter basket may cause injury. Do not touch the blades with your
hands.
TIP: You may clean the removable parts of the appliance in an automatic dish-
washer. If possible, use the upper rack.
7. Wipe the pusher with a clean soft cloth damped with dishwater. Then rinse the
pusher under cold tap water.
8. Clean the pulp container and its cover and the juice jug and its lid in hot dish-
water using a soft dishcloth or nylon brush. For carefully cleaning the juice outlet
on the pulp container you may use a soft bottle brush. Thereafter rinse all parts
with clear water.
9. It is best to clean the filter basket using the provided brush. Ensure not to touch
the knives of the filter basket with your fingers to avoid injuries. Be careful not to
damage the sieve. After cleaning, rinse the filter basket thoroughly.
