Overnight Application (Auto Gold)

There is a new support program that is used in conjunction with Remote Access Options 47.4 available on
Galaxy 3-144/3-520 control panels. This is an automated application, which when activated sits in Wait for
Call mode. When a panel attempts to connect to the Remote Servicing suite, this application will interrogate
the panel, open the appropriate site database entry, determine the reason for the connection and control the
upload of information from the panel. When the upload is complete the Overnight application will disconnect
from the panel and return to the Wait for Call mode.
There are five reasons why the panel will initiate a connection to the Remote Servicing suite. These are:
1. Call initiated manually (47.1)
Requires user intervention
2. Engineer Program Change (47.4.1)
Automatically copies the changed panel data
3. Scheduled Copy ((47.4.2)
Automatically copies all the programming data and both logs
4. Remote Maintenance Call (47.4.6)
Carry out all RRI operations
5. Log 90% Full
Copy both logs
Note: The Exit button on the toolbar must be used to exit the program. Pressing the x in the top right hand
corner does not exit the program, it minimises it to run in the background. The icon in the right hand side of
the task bar can be used to maximise the program again.
