Galaxy Gold/Security Directors Gold

This section describes how to use Galaxy Gold. Security Directors Gold is a subset of Galaxy Gold,
subsequently all references to Galaxy Gold are applicable for Security Directors Gold.

Running the Galaxy Gold Application

1. From the Shell application choose the required site and either double-click on it or choose Remote
Access from the Tools Menu or Remote Servicing from the Toolbar.
2. The Galaxy Gold keypad screen is displayed
On opening Galaxy Gold, if the keypad displays:
1. Ensure that the copy protection device is securely located in printer port LPT1.
2. Ensure that the copy protection device is the one supplied with the software package.
If the message continues to display, contact the installation company.
