Height Control Valve filter plugged
Pressure Protection Valve filter plugged
System air pressure low (65 PSI minimum
required)
Linkage adjustment
Exhaust port plugged
Height control valve internal leak
Supply line to one height control valve
pinched, restricted, or plugged
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
SOLUTION
Adjust turning practices and adjust speed
accordingly with road conditions.
Follow proper tightening sequence (See
Figure 4-22.)
Use correct torque when mounting (See
Table 2-1)
Re-align axle (See "Axle Alignment" on
page 4-18.)
Replace defective parts.
Re-align axles
