5. Check the scanning specifications.
When setting changes are allowed, press within the area where the scan settings are displayed to view the scan
settings.
6. Change the scan settings as necessary.
Enter a filename up to 32 characters using A-Z, a-z, and 0-9.
You can add information such as the user ID, date, and time to the filename.
7. Press OK.
You are returned to the menu in step 5.
8. Press Scan.
Scanning begins, and the scan results are sent to the specified destination.

Storage Function

For printers that support the storage function, you can load the storage function from the printer's control panel.
