Hazardous Area Certification
The Promet EExd is certified compliant to the ATEX Directive (2014/34/EU) and IECEx
for use within Zone 1 and Zone 2 Hazardous Areas and has been assessed so by
ELEMENT ROTTERDAM BV (Notified Body 2812).
The Promet EExd is certified compliant to North American Standards (USA and Canada)
for use within Class I, Division 1, Groups B (USA only), C and D Hazardous Locations
and has been assessed so by CSA.
