2. Read off the oxygen cylinder pressure on the contents
gauge (1) of the pressure reducer.
3. Close the oxygen cylinder.
4. Monitor the needle on the contents gauge (1) on the pressure
reducer for 1 minute.
• If the position of the needle remains constant: The system
is free from leaks.
• If the needle falls continuously: The system is not leakproof.
The system has been checked for leaks.
If the system is leaking, remedy the system leak as described below.
Rectifying leaks in the system
• The system is not leakproof.
