INSPECTION • Do not use or permit use of any equipment that is damaged, or has worn or broken parts. For all Trojan equipment use only replacement parts supplied by Trojan. • Always make sure that all nuts and bolts are tightened prior to each use.

ASSEMBLY STEPS 1. PREPARATION • Before assembling make sure that you will have enough space around the item. • Use the supplied parts and hardware for the assembly. • Before assembling, please check whether all the required parts have been supplied as per the exploded drawing on the opposite page.

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 2 STEP 2: SEAT ASSEMBLY Slide the Vertical Seat Post (10) into the seat post housing on the Main Frame (16). Then slide the Seat Post (12) into the Vertical Seat Post (10), then secure using a Flat Washer (Ø45 mm x Ø10.5 mm x 4 mm) (22) and L Shape Knob (23). Secure the saddle in position with the Spring Adjustment Knob (Ø50 mm x 82 mm) (M16 mm x 1.5 mm) (7).

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 3 STEP 3: HANDLEBAR AND HANDLEBAR POST ASSEMBLY Slide the Handlebar Post (17) into the handlebar post housing on the Main Frame (16). You will have to slacken the knurled section of the L Shape Knob (M16 mm x 25 mm) (M16 mm x 1.5 mm) (19) and pull the knob back and then select the desired height.

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 4 STEP 4: PEDAL ASSEMBLY The Pedals (1 L, 1 R) are marked “L” and “R” - Left and Right. Connect them to their appropriate crank arms. The right crank arm is on the right-hand side of the cycle as you sit on it. Note: The Right pedal (1R) should be threaded in a clockwise direction and the Left pedal (1L) anticlockwise.

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 5 STEP 5: ADJUSTING THE TENSION Increasing or decreasing the tension allows you to add variety to your workout sessions by adjusting the resistance level of the bike. To increase tension and increase resistance (requiring more strength to pedal), turn the Emergency Brake & Tension Control Knob (Ø60 mm x 113 mm) (30) to the right.

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 6 STEP 6: USING THE EMERGENCY BRAKE FUNCTION The same Emergency Brake & Tension Control Knob (Ø60 mm x 113 mm) (30) that allows you to adjust the tension of the bike also doubles as the Emergency Brake. Use this safety feature in any situation where you would need to get off the bike and/or stop the bike’s flywheel.

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 7 STEP 7: SEAT ADJUSTMENT (UP AND DOWN) To adjust the height of the seat, slacken the Spring Adjustment Knob (Ø50 mm x 82 mm) (M16 mm x 1.5 mm) (7) on the Vertical Seat Post (10) and pull back to release the lock pin. Set your desired height and release the Spring Adjustment Knob (Ø50 mm x 82 mm) (M16 mm x 1.5 mm) (7) and tighten.
CONSOLE FUNCTIONS FUNCTION BUTTON: MODE / RESET: Choose each function by pressing Mode key. Lock the current function in Scan Mode by pressing the Mode key. Press Mode key and hold for 2 seconds to reset all function figures. FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS: SCAN: The sequence of display: TIME - SPEED - DISTANCE - CALORIES Automatically scan through each mode in sequence of 6 seconds.
EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS Using your Trojan Pro-X 460 Spinning Bike provides you with several benefits, it will improve your physical fitness, tone muscle and in conjunction with a calorie, controlled diet, help you lose weight. THE WARM UP PHASE This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly. It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury.

MUSCLE TONING To tone muscle while on your Trojan Pro-X 460 Spinning Bike you will need to have the resistance set quite high. This will put more strain on our leg muscles and may mean you cannot train for as long as you would like.
Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. MUSCLE CHART The exercise routine that is performed on the Trojan Pro-X 460 Spinning Bike will develop the lower body muscle group as well as condition the circulatory system and provide a good aerobic workout. These muscle groups are highlighted on the muscle chart below.
CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment, a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next 6 to 8 weeks.
WARM UP & COOL DOWN WORKOUT GUIDELINES Each workout should include the following 3 parts: 1. A WARM-UP: 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercise. A proper warm-up increases your body temperature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. 2.
MAINTENANCE CLEANING The Trojan Pro-X 460 Spinning Bike can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the Trojan Pro-X 460 Spinning Bike after each use.
