Paddle Ball has nine modes that use push and/or pull exercises for arms and/or legs.
1. Tap the Settings icon to open the menu.
Arms or Legs mode
2. Select Arms or Legs mode.
3. Tap in the exercise mode field to open the drop-down menu.
