c. Spring tension can be increased by lowering
the rear mounting point of the two lower
springs and raising the front mounting point of
the upper spring an equal number of holes.
d. For more aggressive action by the harrow,
the angle of the harrow can be changed. By
removing the cotter pin and clevis pin, the
harrow teeth can be set at 45, 30, or 15 de-
grees. The larger the angle, the more leveling
and mixing of the soil will occur. With the
smaller angle, there is less mixing of the soil,
but the harrow has a greater ability to allow
trash to flow through evenly.
