Understanding the Question and Reminder Screens
To get to the Edit Questions screen:
From the General Settings screen, select Questions. If there are currently no questions selected, a screen
similar to the following appears:
To get to the Edit Reminders screen:
From the General Settings screen, select Reminder. If there are currently no reminders selected, a screen
similar to the following appears:
Note: If questions are already set up, the screen will appear with question on it already.
This icon: Is called:
Up
Down
Trash
Calendar
Add
Back

Key for Edit Questions and Edit Reminders screens:
Does this:
Moves the highlighted question/reminder up in the list.
Moves the highlighted question/reminder down in the list.
Removes the highlighted question/reminder from the list.
Allows you to view/edit the scheduled questions/reminders.
Allows you to select the questions/reminders you want to set up for a
patient.
Backs out to the previous screen.
