COOLANT
This chapter describes coolant to be used. In this manual, the word "coolant" represents a mixture of water and
LLC.
Water to Be Used
When you add water to coolant, use only the water that meets the water quality standard
specified in this Operation & Maintenance Manual.
* Otherwise, premature corrosion or overheating in the engine parts may occur.
Use soft water which meets the requirements specified in the table below. If tap water meets the requirements,
the tap water can be used.

• In addition to the items specified above, turbidity must be below 15 mg/liter.
• Basically, the water quality must be within the range of the recommended values, however,
up to the limit value is acceptable.
