Inspect the library for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.

Open the accessory kit.
NOTE:
The accessory kit contents vary depending on the configuration ordered.
If you believe a part is missing or is damaged, contact your HP sales
representative.
6. Using the key from the accessories kit, unlock and open the library doors (right
front and back):
a. Lift each door handle straight up and then turn the handle to unlatch
each door.
The key lock for the front library door is located behind the laptop tray (see
Figure 14). Open the laptop tray by gently pushing on the top of the tray
to release it from the cabinet. Support the tray until it is fully opened.
