INSTALLATION OF DOOR PANEL

After all the wall and ceiling panels are in place and aligned straight and square, you are
ready to install the door and frame.
-Attach the ceiling panels to the wall panels and verify unit is square and panels align
correctly.
NOTICE
The evaporator coil grill cover(s) must be removed to tighten the wall-to-ceiling cam
locks located behind the coil and fan assemblies.
-Loosen the cam fasteners on the ceiling panel above the doorframe and on the wall
panels on each side of the door so that there is enough room for movement to set
doorframe in place.
-Remove the shipping brace from the bottom of the doorframe.
-Place door panel into wall opening and position.
CAUTION
Support the door evenly when handling the door. Prevent the door from swinging open
during handling.
1. Place a carpenter's level against the doorframe leg (inside door opening) to ensure
that it is correctly aligned vertically and latch the doorframe to the adjoining wall
panel.
2. Place a carpenter's level against the face of the door frame to ensure correct
vertical alignment and latch the door frame to the ceiling panel while holding
level in place.
3. Retighten the cam fasteners on the adjoining ceiling and wall panels.
-Attach the optional threshold plate if provided.
1. Apply a bead of caulking around the perimeter of the door threshold.
2. Set the threshold in the door opening to maintain the opening width.
3. Secure the threshold to the building floor and doorjambs with anchor kit.
4. Caulk each joint to seal against moisture.
5. Adjust the bottom wiper gasket of the door so
that it sweeps when the door is closed.
a. Do not adjust the wiper gasket so far
down that it prevents the door from
closing properly.
