UART 1: Change CN27~CN30 jumper to (1-2 short)

Change SW7 jumper to switch modes: (1ON 2ON: RS-422, 1OFF 2 ON: RS-485)
Change CN27~CN30 jumper to (1-2 short)
Test RS-485 with RS-485 device or ADAM-4520.
