Improvements from the V-C3 Series - 3
 Automatic lock mechanism added to reduce paper tearing
when clearing a jam.
 V-C3 Series:
 The drawer unit does not have an automatic lock
mechanism, so when paper is stuck between two units, one
that is inside the drawer unit and one that is outside,
jammed paper tears when the user opens the drawer unit to
clear a jam.
 Ch-C1:
 The drawer unit is automatically locked when the user
closes the drawer, and unlocks when the user grabs the
handle to open the drawer.
 When paper is stuck between two units, one that is inside
the drawer unit and one that is outside, the drawer unit will
remain locked and not open when the user grabs the
handle, to prevent paper tearing.
 If the user removes the paper correctly, in accordance with
the instructions, there should be no torn paper. Then, after
the jam is removed, the drawer unlocks automatically.

unit.
