Lift up the cutter cover to open it like the picture shows.

Turn the knob until the cutter blade returns to the normal position.
This returns the cutter blade to the normal position. There is label near the cutter to assist
you.
4.
Close the cutter cover.
5.
Open the printer cover and remove the jammed paper.
