3.1.5. Setting the Serial Port

The serial port can be configured to establish a connection between the iKAN device and the serial
I/O devices. The default parameters are:
Baud Rate: 115200
Data Bits: 8
Stop Bit(s): 1
Parity: None
To configure the serial port, follow the instructions given below.
1. Click the SYSTEM menu item, and then click the SERIAL PORT menu item
2. Configure the relevant parameters for the serial port, and then click the Update Settings
button to complete the process
