INSTALLATION

Make sure that no units are powered before starting the installation procedure.
•
Unscrew the fixing base from the ring lock to separate the camera, as in figure.
•
Fix the base to the surface with 3 screws. If it is not planned an hidden installation of connection
•
cables, use the slot present on the base to draw out the connection cables present on the camera
body, without pinching them, in order to avoid malfunction.
Bring the cover near the fixing base and screw the ring lock to the fixing base without tightening.
•
Adjust the camera slant as regards the desired image capture point.
•
Connect the video output to the utility.
•
Power the camera.
•

OPERATING FEATURES

IR LED operation
The device is provided with a CDS sensor that switches the IR LEDs on when the light is less than
approximately 10 Lux.
DAY & NIGHT function description
Day & night mode is automatic.
If the light is over 10 LUX, the camera will work in colour.
If the light is below 10 LUX the camera will switch over night in black/white, becoming sensitive to IR light.

CONTROLS AND SETTINGS

Automatic white balancing
The 1092/140 camera implements an automatic white balancing circuit which is capable of correcting the
colour tones as environmental light conditions change.
Automatic gain control
Use the automatic gain control to ensure sharp pictures in medium-to-low light conditions.
